Off to New England

So we're off tomorrow morning. Here's what the photographer packs: 3 camera bags (1 mini, 1 lowe pro backpack, and 1 monster for the mamiya and it's supporting gear)

1 tripod in bag that won't quite close around it

1 large box camping gear and miscellaneous stuff like audio books (40 hours driving this trip), etc

1 sleeping bag

1 large duffel (containing clothes for 1 formal dinner, 1 casual dinner, 1 set grubbies for wilderness camping, 1 bathing suit, etc)

1 fishing rod

1 tackle box

1 dog, 1 box kibble, 1 crate canned food, 1leash, 1 box "mutt mates" for picking up after dog in suburbia

1 sleeping bag

battery chargers, etc

What the photographer's wife takes:

1 duffel

1 knitting bag

1 purse

Comment from wife: don't give me any crap about women packing way too much stuff!

The first week is family (hers). She flies home, and the second week is camping, killing trout, swapping lies, and photographing the wilderness (my fun).
